International Alliance: Describes Turkish intervention as a serious violation of international law and demands that Erdogan should be prosecuted as a war criminal
The International Alliance for Defending Rights and Freedoms condemned the military attack launched by Turkey inside the Syrian territory, which consider to be a blatant aggression, a violation of international law and a threat to international peace and security, which prevented and criminalizes by the international law. The international Alliance considered that this escalation and serious violation with its consequences such as targeting civilians and their areas as well as endangering the lives of nearly three million civilians and the threatens of return of ISIS and the other terrorist organizations, which believed the Turkish regime was involve In supporting a number of these organisations as shown in many international reports.
The international Alliance considered that this attack and flagrant violation of international law add to the record of violations committed and crimes of genocide against humanity implicated by the Turkish regime, which will lead to the referral of Turkish President Rejap Tayep Erdogan to the International Court of Justice on charges of war crimes and genocide against humanity.
